If you are calling with a warranty issue, please be prepared with the i) serial number, ii) model and iii) date purchased.   This will aid us in assisting you as quickly as possible.  We thank you for your support of Martin Archery products and look forward to providing you excellent service for years to come.

Warranty Buck Program

Any bow that cannot be repaired will fall under the following program:

  • 2013-2015 products will be replaced under the current warranty model.
    • There are a few 2013 models (Nemesis & Alien) that we will be able to repair. In the case of a 2013 model not being able to be repaired the customer will receive 50% the value of the purchase price.
  • 2011-2012 products will receive Martin Bucks at rate of 33% of the purchase price.
  • 2006-2010 products will receive a $125 Martin Bucks to be redeemed at local Martin Dealer.
  • Martin Bucks can be used to purchase Martin products at your local Martin Dealer. You will need to visit your dealer to have them call us with a value of your product and warranty issue. We will then credit their account after they fill out Warranty Repair Form.
